The Service currently runs on the Sepolia test network: its tokens have no real value and everything here is for testing only.
Risk Warning
Trading and holding crypto-assets is risky. Read this warning before you use the Service, and do not use money you cannot afford to lose.
1. Price and liquidity risk
- Prices of crypto-assets can change sharply in a short time, and you can lose part or all of your funds.
- The market on this exchange may be thin: there can be few orders, wide gaps between the best buy and sell prices, and large price moves from a single order. A market order may execute at a price much worse than you expect.
- The ARS token is issued by third parties, has no guaranteed value and may not be convertible on other markets.
- The Operator may place its own buy and sell orders (market making) to add liquidity and soften sharp moves on a thin market. This does not guarantee price stability or growth: the price still moves with sustained demand or supply.
2. Custody risk
- Balances on the exchange are records in the Operator’s system backed by tokens the Operator holds. This is not a bank account; balances are not covered by a deposit guarantee or insurance scheme.
- Losses are possible from hacking, technical failure, errors, insolvency or measures taken by authorities. Do not keep more on the exchange than you need to trade.
3. Blockchain and token risk
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A transfer to a wrong address, on a wrong network or of a wrong token is usually lost.
- Network congestion can delay deposits and withdrawals, and network fees can rise sharply.
- Token contracts can contain bugs, and issuers can freeze or block tokens (for example USDT). The Operator cannot influence this.
4. Technical risk
The Service can be unavailable or slow, orders can be delayed, and data can be shown late, especially at times of heavy load. Software can contain errors.
5. Account security risk
If someone gets access to your Telegram account, email, password or device, they can act on your account. Use a strong unique password and two-factor authentication, beware of fake sites and “support” messages, and never share codes.
6. Regulatory and tax risk
The law on crypto-assets differs by country and changes. The Service can be restricted or suspended, and your activity can create tax obligations. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.
7. Test mode
The Service works with the Sepolia network. If the Service says it is connected to a test network, its tokens have no real value, and everything you see there is for testing only.
8. No advice
Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Decide for yourself, and consult a professional if you are unsure.
