The Service currently runs on the Sepolia test network: its tokens have no real value and everything here is for testing only.
Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what this is
These Terms govern your use of Aurus Exchange (the “Service”), operated by Aurus Exchange (the “Operator”). The Service is an exchange where users trade the ARS token (Aurus) against USDT in an order book, deposit and withdraw these tokens on the Sepolia network, and send them to other users by link (“checks”). It is available as a Telegram mini app, as a website and as a web app installed from the website.
By creating an account, signing in or pressing “Accept”, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Warning. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is lawful where you live, and for the taxes on your activity. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited.
- One person, one account. Do not use the Service on behalf of someone else without their permission.
3. Your account and security
- You can sign in with Telegram or with an email address and a password. Keep your credentials, your Telegram account and your devices secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication in Settings.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Save your two-factor recovery codes. If you lose both the authenticator and the codes, restoring access may not be possible.
- We never ask for your password or two-factor codes in a message. Never share them with anyone.
4. Deposits
- Your personal deposit address accepts only the ARS and USDT tokens of the supported contracts on the Sepolia network. Anything else (other tokens, other networks, the native coin) may be lost permanently, and we are not obliged to recover it.
- A deposit is credited after 3 network confirmations. Deposits below the minimum are not credited.
- Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
5. Trading
- Orders are matched automatically in an order book by price and time. A limit order executes at your price or better; a market order takes the best available prices within a slippage limit.
- We do not guarantee that an order will be executed, at what price, or that the market has enough liquidity. Prices are formed by users and can change quickly.
- The trading fee is 0.2% of the asset you receive. Fees may change; the current fee is shown in the app.
- An executed trade cannot be cancelled or reversed.
6. Withdrawals
- Withdraw only to an address you control on the Sepolia network. Check the address carefully: transfers cannot be reversed.
- USDT withdrawal: fee 3 USDT, minimum 10 USDT. ARS withdrawal: fee 0 ARS, minimum 0.001 ARS.
- Withdrawals may be reviewed manually, and may be delayed or refused for security, legal or technical reasons (for example suspected fraud, an error in the request or network problems).
7. Checks
- A check is a link: whoever opens it first (up to the set number of activations) receives the amount. Anyone who has the link can claim it, so share it only with the person you mean to pay. We cannot recover a check that someone else has claimed.
- The amount of an unclaimed check stays reserved until you cancel the check; after cancelling it returns to your balance.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud or financing of crime.
- Do not manipulate the market (for example wash trading or placing orders you do not intend to execute).
- Do not attack, overload or try to bypass the protections of the Service, and do not exploit bugs to gain funds; report them to us instead.
- Do not open several accounts to get around limits, and do not use automation that harms other users or the Service.
We may limit, freeze or close an account and cancel orders if we reasonably suspect a violation, if the law or an authority requires it, or to protect users and funds.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, network problems or events beyond our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
10. No advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, legal or tax advice. You decide on your own whether to trade.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, market losses, blockchain events, failures of third-party services (Telegram, hosting, network nodes), actions of token issuers (for example freezing of USDT), your own mistakes (a wrong address, lost credentials), or unauthorised access to your account that we did not cause. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the balance affected by it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. For material changes we will ask you to accept the new version; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept it.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and withdraw your balance (subject to fees and minimums). We may close an account for a violation of section 8; we will still let you withdraw your funds unless the law or an authority prevents it. Deleting your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the Operator is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. Questions: the contact details published by the operator.
