In the sign-in window choose “Continue with Telegram”: the bot opens and asks you to confirm. After you confirm, the site signs in to your account by itself.

Yes. You can add an email and a password to a Telegram account: Settings → Security → Email. After that, sign in either way.

Open “Assets” → “Deposit” and send ARS or USDT to the address shown, on the Sepolia network. The address is personal and the same for both tokens.

Only ARS and USDT (ERC-20) on the Sepolia network are credited automatically. Write to support and attach the transaction hash: we will see whether we can help, but such funds cannot always be returned.

“Assets” → “Withdraw”: choose the token, enter an address on the Sepolia network and the amount. If two-factor protection is on, you will need its code.

Yes, within 60 seconds after creating it — with the “Cancel” button in the operations history. After that the request goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.

Withdrawals above 10,000 USDT are checked by an administrator. Once approved, the transfer is sent automatically and you get a notification.

A limit order is filled at your price or better and waits in the order book until a matching order appears. A market order is filled at once at the best prices in the book; the part that could not be matched is cancelled.

The minimum order value is 1 USDT. The trading fee is 0% of the asset you receive.

A swap in one action: you enter an amount, see how much you will receive, and confirm. Swaps with ARS go through the market — the order book.

Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the code and save the backup codes.

Sign in with one of your backup codes and set the protection up again. If you have no codes left, write to support: the protection can be reset after we check that the account is yours.

In the sign-in window press “Forgot password?” — we will email you a link to set a new one. After the change, all old sessions are ended.

A word you choose in Account → Account security. We show it in every email from the exchange, so you can tell a real email from a fake one: if the code is missing or different, do not follow the links.

Open Account → Account security: it lists every device signed in on the website and the sign-in history. End a single session or all the others at once. Changing the password also ends every session.

A way to send funds to another person by link, with no fee. You create a check for an amount and share the link; the recipient opens it in Telegram and the money goes to their balance.

You can cancel it in the “Check” section — the unused amount returns to your balance.
